2. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the photos you upload or take during your session. By marking images as public, you grant Old Town Quick Pics a worldwide, royalty-free license to display those images on our public gallery.
3. Privacy & Data Use
We collect minimal data—your unique session code and any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., email for free edits). We use your data solely to deliver, manage, and improve our service. We never sell your personal data or images to third parties.
4. Code Security & Access
Your gallery access token (issued after code entry) expires after a set period for security. Bookmarking your session link is optional; otherwise, you may re-enter your unique 9-digit code at any time.
5. Free Edits & Notifications
You may request one complimentary professional edit per session by submitting your favorite image and email. We will notify you when the edited photo is ready for download.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Old Town Quick Pics provides services “as-is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of our site or your photos.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable photo session.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
